Welcome to a new series of our great blog posts, where in this we shall be focusing in on Support questions, queries, concerns and tips on how to get the best from our FAQ and Support.
With this new Series, you will be able to take advantage of your instruments from a simple re-download to really getting the best from the library with little tips on improvement. We’ll guide you through general questions to the more tricky support queries.

How to navigate and forward the correct queries for you – “8Dio How To Series” walks you through how we here at 8Dio can assist you with any queries but to also find you the answers quickly and easily.
We will be updating and handing out advice to our 8Dio Family and showing you the best way to correct and fix every aspect of our instruments, from broken UI’s to simply re-downloading.

With our Support queries, we do receive emails that can be answered via our FAQ page. We will help you with the necessities and guidance you will need by taking advantage of our website and finding the answers you need.
2. The Guidance
We have broken down each section to help and assist with any queries relating to your instrument or a broken download for example.
We have 5 main headers and follow through sub sections –
Any common questions that are asked to Support can be answered within our break down headers as well –
- The download & Installation tab can inform you on what course of action to take and will guide you through – from downloading and unpacking to adding instruments to Kontakt
- The general tab contains all information from our brilliant EDU Program to knowing exactly what “8Dio” Stands for
- The Licensing overview is a brief extension of our Licensing agreements
- The Purchasing tab will inform you of what type of payments we accept to where you can access the full retail version of Kontakt
3. The Answers
There can be at times during any download process or installation, slight hiccups along the way, so more advanced queries can be sent to our Support Guru.
We are here to Support and guide you through every step of the way. Any questions you feel has not been answered within our FAQ, we can most certainly answer any further concerns that may be lurking.
