Simply the best, better than all the rest!I've been looking for a very specific choir sound that none have come close to until I found Requiem Pro! If you're looking for dark Latin chants for black metal or majestic choirs suspended over an orchestral score, Requiem pro simply cover all necessary grounds, works well in any context and is really easy to use. The legato samples leap very naturally when performed live or drawing them in with midi. The vocal range sections are also divided appropriately into vocal ranges which gives its natural realistic tonality. The phrase editor Is my favorite feature that every choir library should have! Somewhat like a sequencer It's used to program singular words to build advanced phrases that play on command when triggered opposed to playing automatically (which is great). Overall It's very intuitive with a great layout and mesmerizing animated GUI. This Is the essential choir library for composers and musicians alike.
NOTE: Phrase editor has to be downloaded separately

Stunning!A remarkable choir library. Friends who listen to it in my sequences can't believe it's all sampled when I tell them. My only regret is that there isn't a larger choice of syllables to work with. You really have to be inventive to develop credible mock words and sentences from the restricted number of syllables supplied. I hope 8Dio will enlarge the possibilities before long. But apart from that, a stunning achievement. Bravo!

This is a lovely and genuinely authentic-sounding library. I own a couple of choral libraries and, though I'm by no means a technical expert, I must say to my ears I think this product sounds superb, right 'out-of-the-box'. Really good job!

Still AMAZING!I've heard a lot of choir libraries and this one is still the best for that big Lord of the Rings and big epic trailer sound, maybe only matched by 8dio giant LACRIMOSA library. Requiem is easy to use and i like how it contains stuff like solo singers and effects too. I hope they expand it one day with more stuff!

One of my favorite pluginsOne of my favorite 8Dio plugins of all time. It just works and sounds great without any additional processing. My only warning is that don't use it on every single piece of music you do, which I have a tendency to do. Use it when appropriate and for that it is a priceless sample plugin. 5/5

Really, really good. Perfect for epic trailer-like tracks. This choir sounds pretty damn awesome. The quality of the samples and the programming are superb. I have nothing to complain about with the sustains and vowels and polyphonic sustain patches. The phrase-based ("word-builder") patches are a bit limited regarding the "lyrics" of what they can sing. It's all latin words and combinations of those, and I'd have loved to see some less exotic syllables and phrases as well for more versatility.

All in all, the choir sounds excellent in the mix, and minor flaws in transitions are never really audible when the choir sits in an orchestral arrangement. Thumbs up!
