The LITE Brass Ensemble
8Dio Century Orchestral Brass LITE is a lush collection of ensembles created from our larger Century Brass collection.
Pulling core articulations from our larger Century Brass libraries, all instruments are mixed “in place” (in traditional orchestral seating position). LITE features two mix options. MIX A is a more focused sound. MIX B is slightly wider and more ambient. The MIXES are identical to those in our larger Century Brass collections, allowing the instruments to be used together with ease.
All articulations have been balanced and reworked to ensure Century Brass Ensemble LITE remains a great sounding, but very low resource instrument!
The ensemble was created from the following instruments: 4 Trumpets, 6 French Horns, 3 Tenor Trombones, 1 Bass Trombone, 1 Cimbasso, and 1 Tuba. There are unison and octave variations for each articulation, allowing you to quickly sketch orchestrations and easily achieve a large sound.

LITE Mixes
LITE features two mix options. Mix A is a more focused sound, while Mix B is slightly wider and more ambient. The Mixes are identical to those featured in our larger Century Brass collections, allowing the instruments to be used together with ease. No further panning or tweaking is necessary, it all works right out of the box.
