The Advanced Guitar Series is a quantum leap in acoustic sampling. Everything is designed to be highly intuitive, easy-to-use, and most importantly, completely realistic. Everything just works, right out of the box.
All 4 Advanced Guitars feature parallel engines: a dedicated solo engine and a dedicated strumming engine. The engines take care of all the hard work, so you can focus on driving. The Solo Engine is based around a variety of new recording techniques, including Hammer-On Legato techniques, X-Noises, Release Controls, and more. You can easily switch between regular sustains, harmonics, muted notes, and more. The combination of techniques allows you to play fast and acrobatic solos without compromising the sound.
The Strum Engine also uses a variety of new sampling techniques: both up and down strokes for each string of the guitar, muted notes, treble and bass strums, and much more. You can easily switch between different types of chords and completely control the strumming patterns. The Strum Engine is designed as a step-based sequencer that is intuitive and easy to use. You can literally create any rhythm and any chord you want!
The Advanced Steel String Guitar features a vintage Martin D28 Steel-String Guitar, with a rich, modern, and bright sound: the true sound of a flat top guitar. The Advanced Mandolin is a 200-year-old vintage Italian Mandolin in pristine condition. The Guitale (also known as Kiku) is a unique, custom-made cross between a classical 6-string nylon guitar and a baritone ukulele. Finally, the Charango is a South American lute with a rich history. With a smaller body and 5 pairs of strings, it has a rich and deep sound: slightly metallic, but light and nimble.

SOLO ENGINE
The Advanced Guitar Series Solo Engine gives you a completely lifelike performance every time you play. You can easily switch between non-vibrato sustains, vibrato sustains, muted, and harmonics. The solo engine also gives you full control over elements like release trigger tails, x-noise fret artifacts, vibrato intensity & more.
STRUM ENGINE
The Advanced Guitar Series Strum Engine gives you full control over all aspects of strumming. You have control over the chord type, swing, speed, rate, and steps. The strum sequencer allows you to easily create any rhythm with any chord in any time-signature. It also contains a strum pattern library and the ability to load and save patterns.
