Instant Acoustic Nylon Guitar for Kontakt VST-AU-AAX overview

Welcome to 8DIO Natural Acoustic Series – a studio collection of high-end deep-sampled acoustic instruments.

8Dio Acoustic Nylon Guitar Solo VST is a passionate, deep-sampled (+2.380 samples) pristine sounding classical nylon guitar. We recorded the Acoustic Guitar VST in great detail, including hundreds of natural fret and release noises. In addition we also recorded natural strum samples, so you can play everything in a strummed fashion. 8Dio Acoustic Guitar comes with 15 core patches divided into natural, morphed and synthetic categories. The natural/flat category contains non-vibrato classical guitar – whereas the vibrato category contains the Acoustic Guitar with naturally sampled vibrato on each note. The morphed category blends with Acoustic Guitar with other instruments (ex. Grand Piano, Steel String Guitar, Mandolin and more exotic type of instruments.

Acoustic Guitar Strummer contains over 4.100 samples spread across 13 different chord types and 13 different rhythm types and utilizing our powerful x-legato technology, which allows you to blend any chord and rhythm at any time giving you an infinite amount of options. Acoustic Guitar Strummer is also round-robin based strum library, so even if you trigger the same chord/rhythm multiple times – you will get natural subtle variation.

Acoustic Guitar Strummer contains all the classic chords (ex. Major, Minor, Maj7, Min7, Dim7, Dom7) used in traditional songwriting, but also contains more elaborate chords (ex. Maj7B5, Min79, Dom7#9, Sus2, Sus4, 11s Alt Bass and Add11Alt2). The rhythm section is equally deep from traditional type of strum rhythms to more genre specific ones (ex. country, fingered arped, muted chugs). In addition we also recorded muted strums of all rhythms, which gives additional options to design new types of rhythms. Acoustic Guitar Strummer  also contains intelligent fret noises and velocity based end chords, which allows you to make a natural ending to a chord progression by playing hard on keyboard.

We also integrated our Chaos FX 3.1 (ex. Stereo Delay, Verb, Screamer, Lofi, Dual-Convolution) into the patches, so you can trigger live FX on top of the patches by using key-switches. We also integrated a dual convolution reverb containing deep sets of both FX and normal based set of convolutions.

So flexible

The Acoustic Guitar Solo is incredibly flexible, intuitive and easy-to-use. You can literally just sit down and play it. All the main controls are available on the front of the interface. So whether you want to control the fret noises of fingers moving across strings, adjust the volume of fingers letting go of the strings, adding real-time strums to chords. It is all right there at your fingertips.

Chaos FX 3.1

The Acoustic Guitar Solo is also supported by our latest Chaos FX engine, which allows you to virtually do anything you desire to the Guitar. Whether its redesigning the layout by key-control, create a step-based filter sequencer, precision dial EQ, bit-crush or distort, stereo-delay or mess around with dual convolution reverbs. We even added our Chaos system, so you can randomize entire FX with a single mouse click.

Real Strummin'

Acoustic Guitar comes in two volumes: Solo and Strummer. The Acoustic Guitar Strummer contains over 4.100 different real strums – sampled across all 12 keys with 13 different chord types and 13 different rhythm types. It sounds completely real – because it the strums were recorded individually. Our magical X-Legato features allows you to free merge any chord and rhythm at any time you want. Oh – and did we mention everything is synced to your host-tempo?
