Welcome to the 8Dio Instant Guitar Series: a collection of high-end, deep-sampled electric instruments. Every Instant Guitar includes both a Solo and Strummer edition, recorded with the same instruments and amplifiers, so they are 100% compatible and designed to be used together. We also integrated our Chaos FX 3.2 (ex. Stereo Delay, Verb, Screamer, Lofi, Dual-Convolution) into the patches, so you can trigger live FX on top by using key switches.
The Solo editions include a number of presets with different playing and plucking styles (muted, open, etc.), different effect chains, and a unique collection of morphs. The Morphs blend the guitars with other instruments, such as piano, synths, and even other guitars.
The Strummer editions include a huge assortment of strummed patterns in all common chord types. All the chords and rhythms can be blended seamlessly using our x-legato technology, giving you an infinite number of combinations. The strumming patterns were recorded with round robin, giving you natural variation on top of these true, human performances. You also have control over the volume and amount of fret noises.
The 7 Guitars included in the Instant Guitar Series cover a huge range of sounds and styles. First, the Acoustic Guitar: a classic, nylon string guitar with a gentle, clear tone. The Steel String Guitar is a passionate, pristine-sounding, warm, vintage guitar with a rich tone. The 12 String Guitar has a wide, broad, deep, and somewhat more complex sound thanks to the additional strings. It’s a beautiful instrument every time you hear it. The Electric Guitar is a Stratocaster with a brilliant tone, recorded both clean and amped for maximum flexibility. The Ukulele has that classic, pure sound that warms your heart. The Mandolin is a vintage instrument with a round, dignified tone. Finally, the Dobro brings us a true, American sound.
Each guitar is easy to play right out of the box. With simple controls for presets, chord types, and rhythms, you can get a great and authentic guitar sound in no time flat! When we say instant, we really mean it!

The Instant Guitar Series is incredibly flexible, intuitive, and easy-to-use, so you can just sit down and play. All the main controls are available on the front of the interface. With just a click, you have total control over the noise of fingers moving across strings, the volume of fingers releasing the strings, and real-time strums.

The Instant Guitar Series includes dozens of custom presets, instantly accessible with a single click. The presets include various dry and wet variations, muted playing, clean & amped styles, fingered & picked techniques, and a sweet collection of morphed sounds created by combining the guitars with other instruments like pianos, synths, and other guitars.
STRUM ENGINE
The Instant Guitar Series contains tens of thousands of real strums, performed in all 12 keys with dozens of different rhythms. X-Legato allows you to free merge any chord and rhythm, and everything is synced to your DAW’s tempo. The cherry on top is the round robin performances, giving you subtle, human variation every time you play a rhythm.
