INSTANT STRING PHRASES
The Solo Strings Designer Series is a massive collection of nearly 6,000 phrases for Solo Violin and Cello, performed by renowned concertmasters. These instruments were created to capture 100% realistic performances that could then be used in other compositions. We programmed the libraries so that you can have maximum control over the phrases, allowing you to sculpt unarguably real solo string performances. These libraries can easily support, augment, and even replace other solo string libraries where normal, traditionally playable multi-samples cannot perform. This is deep phrase sampling!
With thousands of phrases, we wanted to make sure you could find what you need easily and quickly. The phrases are all organized by the composer and/or specific piece that inspired them, so you can find phrases that inspire you with just a few clicks.
The instruments include a variety of phrase sculpting tools, such as pitch control, time stretching/compression, offset, effects, reverb, and more. The pitch control and time control are independent, so the phrases will fit in perfectly with an composition, no matter where or how they are used.
You can control the dynamics, attacks and releases of each sample, the EQ (high, mids and lows), Gates, and Filter. You can also control a variety of effects directly from the keyboard, including bit-resolution, delay, distortion, rotator and a beefy collection of custom convolution reverbs.

The Solo String Designers contain over 5,800 phrases that can be manipulated in an infinite number of ways. The idea is to give you an arsenal of masterfully performed phrases that are impossible to achieve with traditional multi-samples. The Solo String Designers contain an unrivaled set of sculpting tools, including pitch-control, time-stretching/compression, sample offset, FX, and convolution reverbs.
INSTANT RESULTS
The Solo String Designers contain a highly intuitive user interface designed to give you instant results. You can access thousands of phrases, which are divided by the name of the composer (ex. Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, etc). You can control the Key/Pitch, Tempo, Dynamics, Attack, and Release. We also added sample offset tools to your pitch-bender and mod wheel.
CHAOS EFFECTS
Our new Chaos FX 3.0 Engine is perhaps the most extreme feature in the Solo String Designers. The engine allows you to randomize thousands of sample parameters with one click, while also randomizing our new 8Dio FX System. So, both the sample content and the assigned FX will be randomized in one glorious cocktail. You can control precisely how much chaos you want!
