Pure MagicHands down the largest, and most authentic sounding virtual orchestra produced.
This library still amazes me every time I launch it up, in ways I didn't think were even possible.
It's Pure magic.

Great as usual! This library is wonderful, if you are into epic or huge compositions this is for you, I am most impressed by the spicatto strings, you can write things incredibly fast and it never has that "Shotgun" sound other samples on the market make when you repeat notes quickly.

This library simply sounds fantastic right out of the box.
If you are looking for a highly spatial, wide sounding orchestra for your composition, this is without a doubt the best library for the job.
On the not-so-favorable side, this VST is rather hard to mix due to its default-wet and large sound, but if you can manage, you will have a top of the line "epic" orchestra when needed.

The Majestica Library is now my go-to!Amazing orchestral library to have. It is truly awe-inspiring and it's coming out of the box!!! After watching the demo videos and listening to all of the demo tracks I just had to get this for my scores. I am impressed with the quality. If you are looking for a full range orchestra that sounds real, this is it! With the Majestica bundle you get a great amount of control over each instrument's tone, mic placement, stereo width, timbre, velocity, expression, and a number of other options. IT IS THE PACK. - The only downside is if you are running a computer that has not been built for sample-based instrumentation (or do not have a "DAW farm"/separate processor for your VSTs)... As with any instrument built within the Kontakt architecture, you will need a computer to compensate. This library has seriously improved my workflow and I look forward to grabbing the Lacrimosa Choir library soon!
Thank you 8Dio for providing composers with the right tools to create. Outstanding work!

Majestica: The next levelThis library is extremely well made, Sounds amazing straight out of the box. Takes your creative process to the next level. The only way it could get better is if there were legato patches for brass and woodwinds just like there is for the string ensembles. Overall one of the best orchestral sample libraries I have ever worked with. Would not go with anything else.

a diamond!Majestic is superb! i love it for its big sounds and there is no doubt this is the biggest orchestra i ever heard. There is a lot of talk about 8dios pricing and I got it during their anniversary sale, but I would gladly have bought this full price. Unlike other libraries that claim to be big, this one really is. Majestica is legit!

The greatest and BIGGEST!!I just wanted to drop my feedback on Majestica and i agree with the other reviews. This is THE BIGGEST sounding orchestral library on the market and crazy to think i have such a big orchestra at my finger tips for a reasonable price.

One word: epic! The library sounds amazing and unique. Strings sound much more pad-like with so many players playing unison. The best results for me where achieved by layering them with more textured strings that had a more transparent sound. In this case, Majestica provides the epicness and body, while the other layer adds texture and realism.
Brass and woodwinds are perfect.
I had some issues with transtions between notes that were way too abrubt, so I had to manually adjust release in Kontakt's instrument edit mode, but that's just details. All in all it's a great product.

MajesticaIf you are looking for a fat string, brass and percussion library that is easy to use and does not need a high end machine to run on...This is one of the best orchestra sounds one can get! Huge!! THX 8DIO
